Dr. FADEL EL ZUBI
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Mosul – Iraq, and a Master’s and Ph.D. degree in Crisis Management from the University of the Pacific in California.
- Former Head of Mission of the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations
- Expert in addressing critical issues on food security, rural and agricultural development, emergency programs and resilience in critical times and places in the countries of the Arab region in general and Iraq in particular.
- Actively respond to and provide necessary humanitarian aid for the displaced and refugees (affected by crisis and vulnerable to food insecurity).
- Expert in rallying and sustaining partnerships amongst international organizations, the private sector, civil society organisations, political parties and tribal sheikhs, as well as parliament and government agencies with an aim of maintaining food security at critical times.
