• Drafting and editing technical publications and reports including several for FAO Representation and TCE Division; project planning, design, and implementation; capacity building and technology transfer to rural communities.
• Strong interagency coordination skills, in armed conflict contexts, within sectoral or cluster systems. Up to date with the innovative assistance modalities, cash and voucher programs, and electronic transfer operation.
